Born in Bosnia and arriving in Australia as a child, Amela was determined to make the most of her future.

In this episode she shares how she has fostered and nurtured the culture in her business based on the experiences she had as an employee, as well as her own values. Amela also discusses her decision to return to study an MBA, and how it has benefitted herself and her business.
