Have you ever stood at the edge of transformation, teetering between the life you know and the one your soul yearns for? Join me as I recount an extraordinary journey that began with a retreat in Sedona, veering into the uncharted territories of empowerment journaling, soul-stirring cacao ceremonies, and the formidable realms of shadow work and manifestation. As I navigated these profound transitions together, the spring equinox served as a backdrop for our exploration, reminding us of nature's cycles and our own potential for renewal. But life has a way of grounding us.

Stepping away from the demands of a fitness boutique wasn't easy, and it came with a whirlwind of guilt. Yet, through this unexpected intermission, I uncovered the profound impact of self-care and the strength that can be found in stillness. I'll share how a quieter life, punctuated by an enlightening anniversary trip coinciding with a solar eclipse, led to a deeper understanding of balance and well-being. This chapter of my life became a testament to the importance of listening to our bodies and embracing the support systems that uplift us during our most vulnerable moments.

From the serenity of retreats to the vibrant energy of a family wedding in Savannah, I've seen the spectrum of life's celebrations and challenges. Officiating my cousin's marriage became a moment of personal growth, offering fresh perspectives on family dynamics and the beauty of sobriety. It's not about fixing others, but understanding them. Through intentional self-reflection and honest self-assessment, we explore the dance between advising and autonomy, the intersection of traditional and alternative medicine, and the art of finding our own space within the whirlwind of life. Let's embark on this journey together, discovering the power of presence and the importance of carving out intentional time for ourselves, no matter the demands we face.
