What Lurks Beneath: Capo Unified Public Records Part 2

Listen Later

In Part 2, we will share public records that show what other forces were at play and who else the trustees and agency employees coordinated with to prevent the public from being heard  at the October 18 board meeting. We will explore the documents that prove that the Brown Act, Education code, and Board Policy were violated by trustees and their intermediaries/agency employees from both inside the schools, as well as,  organizations from outside the district. These organizations have  conflicts of interest and were coordinated in advance of the October 18 meeting to artificially manipulate an appearance of a community against parental notification. The trustees coordination with these intermediaries set the table so they could easily get to their desired result of voting "NO" on The Parental Notification policy.
