59: What Magic Health Pill Do You Want?

I asked our audience, “If you could have a magic pill to fix one health issue for yourself, what would it be?” I wanted to get a pulse on the primary ailments that even our relatively healthy audience is dealing with right now. It’s true that in some aspects of our life, we would all like a magic pill to alleviate a problem or give us the desire we want, as you’ll hear at the top of the show as I pose the question to Randy. I belies an area where we may feel out of control or fairly frustrated. We received so many responses. We grouped some together, but they were all so relevant we are going to go ahead and run a series to address all the issues we think affect so many of us. In this episode we address chronic headaches, irritable bowel syndrome, and allergies.
