Today’s episode looks at the other side of the bullying relationship and inward at some of the reasons behind a bully’s actions. Although condoning the actions isn’t acceptable, it is important to understand what is causing them to lash out and if there are reasons and interventions in place to prevent future issues for that individual as they develop into an adult.  This may help change their perspective, attitudes, actions and increase their
Mindset to use that energy for something positive.
