Sharing knowledge about the Bible and its impact on one’s life is an important work. For centuries, “wisdom teachers” have sought to do this very thing. While this is important, it does come with a warning: “Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness” (James 3:1). Who, then, should teach? This study will focus not only on the words spoken but also on the conduct and example essential to one who wants to teach others about the ways of God.
