It breaks your heart when someone you raised and cared for was actually hurting you emotionally. My biggest failure was putting my personal feelings before my business. We need to take care of ourselves by knowing our worth and not allow the emotional abuse to take over. Imagine domestic violence where they find it hard to leave the person who is hurting them physically. My situation was emotional. This is the importance of keeping your business and personal feelings aside so your business doesn’t take a toll. What makes it right for staff to steal? What entitles them to take from you? Owning a business doesn’t make you rich overnight. It’s takes a lot of hard work and time. So when it gets robbed internally, it hurts closer to home than being robbed from some random thief. Cash means nothing to me. It can always be made back. The one who does the stealing will get his karma however the world sees fit. Lesson learned that people with greed, jealousy and huge egos will do anything it takes to attempt to destroy you so they can rise above in the most lamest way. Clout ain’t shit. You messed with the wrong Bosslady.
