However, while making a career decision we don't quite pay attention to it. Dr. Howard Gardner articulated a theory called "Theory of Multiple Intelligence" which pronounce that we all have 8 different (broad) cognitive capabilities or functionalities. Dr. Gardner called these capabilities as Intelligence or Smartness. Each of these intelligences may influence our intelligence compositions and careers we may choose.
