This week, Jay is out so DJ Marauder returns as a co-host with Alana and Xavier.  After watching a Wolfgang Puck documentary, Alana leads a discussion on personal motivators and wonders why so often they are negative.  Dj Marauder shares his difficulty in celebrating his successes and Xavier is pissed about Alana's other best friend also named Xavier.
