Besides a healthy eating plan and exercise, stress management can also aide in losing weight. Having cortisol (stress hormone) out of balance can be a huge factor in not dropping the extra weight. So this is one of the ways I am trying to holistically get back to my ideal size. In this episode I share a few things I am doing to manage my stress.
