In this video I talk about procrastination and why we procrastinate! Fear plays a huge role in why we procrastinate. It takes over our mindset and restricts us from taking action. Were scared of the end result if we decide to take action which is one of the main reasons for a lot of our excuses and delays when it comes to getting something done.

It's okay to be afraid of failure especially when it comes to your business! Failure is what moves us forward and it's actually a good thing! So it's important to know that when you're in a state of procrastination, that once you actually do take action you will ultimately feel better that you moved one step forward no matter the outcome.
