The Fire Horse Lunar New Year has arrived, signaling passion, independence, innovation, and rapid action over strategy. Easy right? 

For so many of us, the gap between knowing what we want and actually moving toward can be hard to traverse. What I’ve found in my coaching sessions is that the resistance toward advancing our audacious goals comes from low belief in… ourselves. 

In this solo episode, I use the symbol of the Fire Horse as a jumping-off point for something I’ve been sitting with for a while: the inner capacity that makes action possible in the first place. Self-esteem.
