I talk about how we can start the journey to self-love, the purest forms of self-love, and the four key aspects of self-love. I also share the three ways that people can practice self-love, talking to yourself the way you talk to someone you love, practicing self-care, and expressing what we need to keep going. Self-love is the act of valuing and respecting oneself, including both strengths and weaknesses. It involves treating oneself with kindness, compassion, and understanding, as well as prioritizing one's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. To practice self-love, one can start by setting healthy boundaries and saying no to things that do not align with their values or cause them stress. Engaging in self-care activities, such as exercise, meditation, or a relaxing bath. Additionally, learning to challenge negative self-talk and replace it with positive affirmations can help cultivate a more loving relationship with oneself.
