Bishop Tom Madden serves as Secretary General for the Church of God, following decades of

leadership in roles such as Administrative Bishop in North Georgia and Delmarva, and

International Youth and Discipleship Director. Passionate about developing the next generation,

he founded impactful programs like Winterfest and C2, a practical training program for young

adults who are called into ministry. He is a graduate of Lee University and Pentecostal
