What is identity? To me, it’s such an umbrella term. Identity can include our characteristics, hobbies, interests, quirks and the way we think in everyday life. It’s always so fun to think about our identities and why we are the way we are. There are so many little factors that go into building our personalities. This episode dives into my own upbringing and how certain events from my childhood shaped my current persona.
