This episode took a very different turn than I originally planned. I sat down, ready to record something entirely different, but I felt called to speak from my heart. When I recorded this podcast, it was four years since my dad passed away and returned home to Spirit. It felt important to honour that, and to share how I navigate grief and loss through the lens of my spiritual beliefs.
