Pride comes in many forms it's not just boisterous, loud or obnoxious but sometimes its be silent and appear as gentle. Have you ever thought not wanting to be rejected is pride. Having lack of patience..pride. Pride keeps us form living in the fullness of God. Pride will not allow us to come into new knowledge...only if it presented a certain way.

What's keeping you from growing is the quiet but fierce voice of pride.

Proverbs 16;18 says Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall

The Lord is so gracious where he give us warning and taps on our shoulder to open our eye to ourselves but do we listen. If you have been praying for something and wondering why it has happened check you heart, pride could be there.
