On this introductory episode of "A Word w/the EthKnowLinguist", hosted by me, Amauri J., we'll cover a bit more about the flow of the aforementioned Episodic Journey and what that means for our audience.  Basically, this is where I try my absolute best to live up to those things that I said I'd do in the trailer episode.  We define ethnolinguistics and provide context on its etymology (which means, the study of words, including their origins, changes, and occurrences like lexical borrowing).  We explore the basic flow of this podcast and talk about what you can expect each month as the show progresses.  After we cover the flow, I provide an overview of some of the episode topics for this season and share a bit more about me. Oh yeah... A's to the Qs, we'll also find a few answers to the question, "WTFill-in-the-Blank is an EthKnowLinguist?"
