Dr Justine Shotton is a vet with well over 15 years’ experience across the sectors, 

Justine's impressive and varied career includes being eleceted to become the Junior Vice President of the British Veterinary Association, in 2020. 

Outside of work, Justine is an avid traveller, having visited 50+ countries.   She’ s also a keen sportswoman, enjoying kitesurfing, running and now Olympic Weightlifting!

Dr Mia Eisenstadt is a psychologist, researcher, coach and award-winning entrepreneur, having recently founded the Fatherli app. Mia is on a mission to help others overcome difficult situations to get the most out of life.

Mia has a phd in child and adolescent mental health and has trained in coaching, reflective parenting and dialogue methods. She studied at the evidence based practice unit, a partnership between the Anna Freud centre and UCL Brain Sciences in London.    

Mia is passionate about fathers' mental health and wellbeing and the role that fathers can play in supporting the wellbeing of their children and families.

Zeena Zalamea is a Broadcast Journalist and Producer by trade and has clocked up in excess of 5,000 hours of live-on-air content across the airwaves. 

Zeena has been recognised extensively for her work through multiple awards, including: Illustrado Magazine's 100 Most Influential Filipinos in the UAE and the 300 Most Influential Filipinos in the Gulf.  She was also named the Filipino Times Media Personality of the Year.

Dave Coulson is a TV Producer by trade and currently leads the social media team for BBC One's Morning Live. 

Dave's two decade TV career has seen him work mostly across children and education shows, having series produced Bitesize Daily; a show for parents trying to teach their kids during lockdown.  His real claim to fame, however, is launching 'Hacker The Dog' on social media which some 3 years later, became a viral sensation with over 8 millions views. 

We talk  careers, Dave's meticulously planned and brilliant 40th birthday party which will also raise money for charity, ask whether social media is good or bad and compare  moisturising regimes, as well as talking around managing family life at 40.

Robin is a pilot, a skydiver, a mountaineer and a horse rider. At age 40, Robin summited Everest!  

Robin can currently be seen as part of USA Networks' 'Race to Survive Alaska'.  

Robin's energy, zest for life and focus are truly exceptional.  We talk about her experience of completing the Ice Ultra, her upcoming Iron Man and base jumping trip to Norway, as well as how Robin loves to motivate future generations.
