This podcast is about conflict management, but what on earth does that mean?!! In this very first episode, I thought it was only appropriate to talk about what I mean when I say we are talking about conflict management.  Not just what the words mean but also what goes in to managing a conflict - what factors do you look at when deciding how to manage a conflict.  So, in this episode I talk about the different types of conflict and the different styles of dealing with conflict and how they affect how we handle it.
