Marvel Comics, spearheaded by writers and artists Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, were responsible for some of today's most iconic superheroes. Iron Man, Thor, Spider-Man, Hulk and many others all emerged from the world of Marvel Comics, and have gone on to be featured in one of cinemas most impressive feats, a shared universe of Marvel films. So what the hell is an Avenger any way? And what the hell is a cinematic universe, and why is everyone trying to get in on them at the moment?

Mike is joined by Editor Mike and Ciggy Mike, the latter of which reveals details about his new relationship. Ya Gotta Be Shittin Me of the Week sees it's first celebrity entrant, which springs the podcast onto an international, multi-billion dollar scale, which leads Reporter Mike to take on a celebrity interview. Mike talks about the anxiety that surrounds working in a new job, but discusses management tactics to aid him.
