The Simpsons is one of the most recognisable pop-culture artefacts in history. Pretty much everyone in the world would be able to recognise one of Matt Groening's famous yellow characters that would eventually grow to satirise the majority of American stereotypes. But what about Groening's second show: Futurama? It never reached the same level of mainstream popularity as it's predecessor, but garnered a cult following over the years, and proved itself to be equally deep, witty and emotional. From Fry's journey to the now commercialised moon, to the discovery of a fossilised version of his 20th Century Dog, Seymour - Futurama's creativity was constantly wonderful. So what the hell is better: The Simpsons or Futurama?
