The posts about them 'crushing it.'

The clinic going well...

The successful patient's they've seen...

The trips overseas with sports teams etc...

But what about all the times when things don't go so well?

The patients that don't get better.

The weeks where the clinic is quiet.

The teams that push them out.

Once you realise this...

You'll realise what you see...

And what is real....

Are often very different things!
