Provoked by his friends in the underground churches of Iran and North Korea, when the command to cease singing in church was pronounced by the Governor of California (the state where Sean lives), Sean decided that he would just take worship outside!  This simple decision has brought tens of thousands of believers to sing out in the streets, under bridges, and in the parks of America. Worshipping outside has seen many people led to deep repentance and salvation. When asked "What is the Spirit Saying to the Church?" Sean replied: "The Church has left the building."
