Why didn’t anyone warn me about the struggles of subleasing? Yes it’s cheaper but sometimes the price may not be worth the problems. Things you have to question when subleasing

- How often do people clean the apartment IF at all?

- How often do you all have guests over?

- How are we dividing up the groceries and kitchen space?

- Do we actually like each other or are we just being cool because we share an apartment?

- Is the trash INVISIBLE since we’re all acting like we dont SEE IT ??

And much more…🙄

Overall it was still a peaceful experience as I'm grateful for the living arrangement. All I can say is just do more research on who and where you’ll be living ESPECIALLY if you find the apartment on Facebook marketplace😂.
