Around the time of Jesus' birth, there were different ones who came forward as 'witnesses' to the significance of Jesus and his birth.  These were people of impeccable character, whose words would be taken seriously.  What they said about Jesus made Jesus' parents and others sit up and take note.  Clearly, Jesus was no average child!  How come?
