This week we're talking about giving people what they need vs what they want. We had a conversation with our youngest child and she told about a situation on the internet and gave us her opinion. You'll have to listen to hear the specific situation, but it brought up some disappointment and made us ask the question: Is it selfish to give people what they need even if what they asked for is clearly what they want? Or is it that someone who truly cares for you would give you what you need whether or not is was something you wanted at the time?
