What this sounds like to me

Special Halloween edition of “What this sounds like to me”. Follow us on this Audio Journey as we tell the story of Jamie Young who mistakenly buys a Dust Bunny for 10 cents from a mysterious peddler boy. Little does she know that it contains an ancient evil inside that haunts her soul. Special guest vocals by Nemesis Mar, from “House of Mar” (a Columbia SC based horror collective). Narration and soundscape by Corbin Roof.

We all find different definitions of success as we navigate through all stages of our life. Have you ever thought you were chasing someone else’s dream? In this episode we dive into what success has looked like for me and a special guest: Nemesis Mar from “House of Mar”, a horror collective. We hope you will find the subject intriguing and join us for our next Audio Journey coming out around Halloween 2026, titled Episode 3 - Horror: The 10 cent pet.

Hope you’ll join me for an Audio Journey. In Episode 1 - A New Beginning (full length) we will dive into some thoughts around guilt, wonder, and starting something brand new. Stick around for the Outro (which will change after each episode) and connect with me through some thought provoking soundscapes. Like, Subscribe, and Engage; help me understand what you might want to hear going forward.

Cheers,

I know that fans really enjoy being part of a creators journey, so I’ve decided to release this teaser of the first episode of my new podcast “What this sounds like to me”. I figured since I haven’t put out anything publicly in a while it would only be fitting to incorporate this new adventure into the subject and title of this piece. Still has a lot of work left to get to where I would like it to be, but really wanted to get some feedback as well from everyone.

Please give it a listen and subscribe for free as I continue to take you all on an Audio Journey.
