What to do During an Identity Crisis

Accept it. You’re on a healing journey. You don’t need to have everything figured out!
Let go and simplify your schedule
Have people you respect and look up to
Let go of any judgement and write down limiting beliefs during this time. You might realize there are so many more than u even thought there were
Take this time to take action and show love to yourself
I like to do this by journaling, studying, napping, and eating yummy nourishing food
Enjoy yourself and take breaks do what pleases you don’t make yourself miserable
Meditate to encourage openness during this time to go with the flow rather than to put yourself in a box.
Life is not linear there are ups and downs. Don’t judge or compare your journey to someone else’s
We’re not meant to be perfect and it makes more sense to be kind to yourself than to be bitter
When I am feeling irritable I don’t want to hurt anyone I care about so allowing my environment to be soothing really helps me
Taking action is my new favorite thing. I feel like accomplishing things is the best feeling. So I’m currently just focusing my energy on that and taking time to myself.
