What to Do When We Lack Fitness Motivation

We’ve been playing our “pump-up” jams all morning, scrolled through our entire “Fitness Motivation” board on Pinterest, and tried hyping ourselves up with videos of heavy men picking up even heavier objects. Still, a voice is heard in the distance:

“But I don’t wanna!”

Who said it? A five-year-old kid in need of a bath or us, parked outside the gym on a leg day?

Unfortunately, fitness motivation doesn’t always come naturally. Nevertheless, there are 5 simple steps we can use to stir up motivation or still be productive even on days we just feel like holing up and being lazy.
