In this episode, I go over 4 helpful tips to do when you are feeling sad, upset, or low. I break down why each of these things are important and how you can start implementing these tips today with some examples. Debunking the notion of always having to feel positive and or happy all the time is an important part of my teaching. As humans, it is completely normal to feel all emotions but the way we deal with our emotions (or not deal with them) is the difference between those who are able to bounce back quicker and those who don't.
