When we face challenges with our clinics, we look to go the fastest route to solve our problem.
We instinctively look for the quickest way to get from Point A to Point B, or the shortest path between getting what you want for your PT business, and what you need to do to get it there.
If you are only looking at the fastest route to where you want to go with your PT business, this might land you at a roadblock. In order to get past it, you need to reevaluate your perspective and your tactics, or you may continue to end up with the same results.
Sometimes, in order to get from point A to B, you need to pivot, take some additional steps, and only then can you overcome the obstacles in your way of achieving your business goals.
