what to do when you're feeling low

many of us have probably experienced some feeling of low mood throughout our lives – whether that be because of school, work, friendships, or just challenging periods of life. it is difficult to know what to do when you’re feeling low, and so many of us may feel stuck and not know how to feel better. in this episode, I reflect on my experience with low mood, how we may unintentionally be maintaining our low mood, and how to work towards feeling better.
