On Sunday, 9 April 2017, Rachel Waters concluded the new series “What to do with Weakness” with her message about shame. The message was delivered at Studio 10, Famous Studios.
In the message Rachel mentions the various the various ways we can feel shame. Copied below for easy of reference.
Group A: Guilt, fearful, anxious, worried, hating yourself, pursuing perfection.
Group B: Hard hearted, pride, bitterness, anger, gossip, don't like being wrong
Group C: Boredom, laziness, disillusionment, cynicism, temptation, lust, envy.
Group D: Worry, anxiety, stress, panic, low self worth, don't think you have what it takes to get anything done, fear
