Why this pairing works: This whiskey is an homage to John Muir, father of the National Park system, and each bottling is named for a living Redwood tree. This blend of rye and bourbon has the perfect balance of sweetness and spice and pairs perfectly with the Japanese art of 'Tree Bathing,' or going into the woods and observing the majesty of a tree.
Alternate Pairing: S'mores! The vanilla, baking spice, caramel & maple syrup flavors of this whiskey will compliment the graham cracker, marshmallow, and chocolatey goodness of a s'more.
