Nadia Romanos chats to actor Quintessa Swindell, who plays Cyclone in DC superhero film Black Adam.
 
Swindell identifies as non-binary and gender non-conforming – and they are the first known non-binary person to play a superhero. They previously appeared in Euphoria.
 
Black Adam is the eleventh film in the DC Extended Universe and is the first-ever feature film to explore the story of the DC antihero.
 
In the film, nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the Egyptian gods - and imprisoned just as quickly - Black Adam is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.
