Uga is best know for her first feature documentary, ‘Alison’, which was based on the true story of Alison Botha, who survived a horrific attempted murder in South Africa in 1994.
‘Beyond the Light Barrier’ is based on the true story of a South African woman and meteorologist, Elizabeth Klarer, who spent her days trying to convince the world that her alien lover, Akon, who came from an advanced human race, existed, and held the only solutions to all our problems on earth. The documentary is narrated by legendary South African actor, John Kani.
