  • EP 7: I Went Vegan, Pescatarian, & Vegetarian
I never realized how badly I had viewed my body until I saw it physically it change in front of me. Around 15/16 years old, I learned that in order to change my weight, I could change my eating habits. I thought I was changing for the better, but it wasn't. Although it was a lesson I had to go through, every lesson is a blessing in disguise. After almost two years of self sabotaging through my diet, I have overcome the emotional and physical boundaries I put on myself of what it means to be "skinny" in today's society. There is more to life than how my body looks and the only person I look for approval from now, is God and I hope you do too.

  • EP 1: The making and purpose behind my podcast + How the Coronavirus has affected my senior year
It can get difficult to find a friend that’s willing to share a raw and honest opinion with you on the experience of what it means to grow up in this day and age. My name is Brianna Guzman-Sanchez and thankfully, due to my life’s circumstances, I have learned a lot at a very young age that's shaped me to believe that in order to live my best life, I needed to become a first rate version of myself, rather than a second rate version of someone else. Now, I want to share my personal advice, experience, stories, struggle, heartache, truth, laughter and so much more on what I’ve learned from the past 17 years of my life and counting.
