Perhaps one of the biggest reasons you feel down, unmotivated and even depressed is because, at some point, you stopped doing stuff that made you feel alive. Perhaps you never have done anything to make yourself feel alive.
For example, we both realized that we enjoyed playing music on our stereos as teenagers after school. However, once we grew up and had kids, we unconsciously stopped...and became more boring as a result.
It's time to be mindful of these kinds of things so we can WAKE UP!
