So that's why we're re-sharing this conversation with 3-time Olympic gymnast and gold medal winner, Muriel Grossfeld, from our very first season. Ms. Grossfeld talked about her experience and what it takes to be an elite-level athlete. This episode also features a conversation with the author of The ADHD Affected Athlete about how ADHD actually helps people excel in certain sports.
