CRE Finance is a hybrid correspondent commercial lender. We can fund your mortgage ourselves, or we can fund your mortgage through one of our institutional partners. CRE Finance completes the financing in-house, which gives us control and quicker turnaround time. With the complex and expensive world of commercial mortgage financing, you cannot afford to put all your eggs in one basket. The approval process may take a great deal of time that you do not have. Then what happens if your application is not approved? Can you afford to go through the process a second time, risking a similar outcome?
