This episode is dedicated the things I learned from reading the book Tiny Habita by Dr. BJ Fogg, a computer scientist at Stanford. He created a formula to break down all habits which is every Behavior=Motivation+Ability+Prompt (B=MAP) and there is no habits without these 3 components. I talk about what this could me for all our lives.
