For several weeks the Speaker of the House election has ensued in congress. The election is finally over, and the victor is Mike Johnson, (R LA). I do not think a finer choice could have been made. He said Wednesday there are no coincidences in life. In other words, he acknowledges that providence played a key role in his speakership victory.
