In the 6th episode of the podcast, Hiba and Arooba discuss a movie they watched called "What Will People Say" by Iram Haq. The movie shines a light on the tension between traditionalist parents and a child living a relatively westernized lifestyle. Hiba and Arooba draw striking similarities between their life and the life of Nisha, the main character. Being of south asian descent, Hiba and Arooba have also struggled throughout their life with adopting values of a new environment while simultaneously balancing the culture and values of a Pakistani household. They also emphasize how sometimes reputation in the public eye can get in the way of parents being understanding of their children.
