All to often I think we fill our souls with junk food (social media, counterfeit pleasures) accomplishing a lot but not doing much. These things are still important, but what can you do today that’s worthy of future memory?
- It’s important to know the distinction between exiting vs living. When somebody says: “What’s my goal in life?” That goal shouldn’t be being healthy, that’s a means to accomplishing something, but to be healthy without using the gift of health is missing a unique opportunity.
