Wondering when Hawaii will reopen and what it’ll be like once Hawaii opens back up to tourism has been on a lot of people’s minds. Starting August 1st, Hawaii’s reopening date, you can avoid Hawaii’s mandatory 14-day quarantine by showing proof of a negative coronavirus test within 72 hours of traveling to Hawaii after it reopens.
