Every New Year I set my intentions with a word that I want to be my focus and theme. This may or may not be a new concept for you, but if you haven’t decided on a word for this year yet, I would encourage you to give it some thought. In the past, I have selected words such as: Grace, Intentional, Gratitude, Bold, Simplify, Presence, Ignite, and most recently, my word last year was Align.
