"They" always say that hindsight is 20/20, and at the beginning of this year I thought it would be great to treat 2020 with a bit of foresight instead. 

"What do you want to create?" I asked myself as I looked ahead to this year. My word for 2020 was FOCUS because I figured it would be great to be in charge of the outcome.

Ha. We all know how that worked. So in this episode I truly look back on 2020 with hindsight, and get reflective about what each of us can choose to leave behind, and what we will choose to take forward into this brand new year.
