The guys give us this weeks numbers for the wellness check. We start with Yohan's rating (3:32) followed by Oscar's scores for the week (4:50) and Oscar brings us his questions of the day (5:46) "Based on the Inside Out Movies, what do you think about the concept and which emotion do you resonate with the most.

Following this we get into the first point of discussion (17:43): A man says "I had a situation in which my fiancé's mother told her, men only have two emotions - rage and horny."

Second Point of Discussion (32:50): "Hobbies are not just for fun, they keep us sane."

Lastly. Yohan ends the episode with his own question of the day from one of our viewers:

"Hey guys Should I leave my church? I've been in this church for 7-8 years now serving and as of late i've noticed they have been very incompetent with the matters of the soul and keeping the flock. I've talked to other people about this and have gotten mixed responses. Some say 'You are in charge of your spiritual life' While others say 'if I leave, I'll set a precedence that church hopping is a good thing'. What should I do?"
