We have all had that time that we just clicked with somebody. We all had those times where it was just so awkward. Well which one are we?? Are we natural at conversations or are we awkward to talk to? The answer lies in what happens most consistently. 

Non-verbal communication is so important to allowing that spark to happen right away. Doesn't matter the gender. Body language, intent, and eye contact all happen before the words even start.
